Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After that, standard delivery takes 5–8 business days, and express delivery takes 2–4 business days. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send you a tracking link by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show the first movement — that's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Is shipping free?
Yes — standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. Express delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can change the address or cancel it. Just contact us as soon as possible with your order number — we move fast, so the sooner the better.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets shown at checkout. Every payment is processed through an encrypted, secure connection — we never store your card details.

Sleep on it. Literally. Wash it, use it, live with it for 15 nights — if it doesn't feel right in your home, contact us and we'll make it right with an exchange or a full refund. No trick questions.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Email us with your order number and what you'd like to do. We'll send you the return instructions and, once the item is on its way back, we process your exchange or refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of arrival.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What now?
That shouldn't happen — and when it does, we fix it fast. Send us a photo along with your order number within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.

Which size should I choose?
Every product page has a full size chart with exact measurements. As a rule: pick the size of your mattress for sheet sets, and go one size up for comforters if you share the bed and like extra drape.
Will my sheets fit a deep mattress?
Yes. Our fitted sheets have deep pockets with elastic all the way around, designed to fit mattresses up to 16 inches — including a mattress topper — and stay put through the night.
How do I wash and care for my Orluma pieces?
Machine wash cold or warm on a gentle cycle, tumble dry low, and skip the bleach and fabric softener — softener coats the fibers and reduces absorbency on towels. Our fabrics are made to get softer with every wash, not thinner.
Do the colors match across collections?
Yes — our palette is designed as one system, so sheets, comforters, and towels in the same shade are made to live together. Screen colors can vary slightly from the real fabric, and that's covered by the 15-night trial.
Is Orluma bedding good for hot sleepers?
It is. We choose breathable, moisture-wicking weaves that move heat away instead of trapping it — the same principle behind hotel bedding that feels cool the moment you get in.
